History:
My first gaming experience was on a Commodore 64 when I was about 7 or 8 years old.
After a few years we (me and my sister) managed to get a Nintendo, playing games like SMB (Mario) series, duckhunt etc.
Then we got a SNES and at the same time we got our first decent PC.
I immediately got into games like Wolfenstein 3D and a FPS gamer was born.
My first online gaming experience was a fact with the launch of Quake, which had a p2p connect system, much like the newer CoD games still have.
After 2 Quake games and their xpacks, I kinda laid low and moved on to systems such as PlayStation and PlayStation 2.
In 2003 Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory was launched, I started playing that in late 2003 (December).
Rocking the experience that was Wolf:ET I got into a few clans, managed several of my own (NSN, 8th Infantry Div., Dutch Gaming Community) and even worked freelance for a server hosting company setting up servers for ET, Quake III, UT, UT2004 and UT3, all games I still play to this day.
I even made a half-assed attempt on mapmaking (results are in the downloads section) and came to the conclusion graphics design was not my cup of coffee and moved onto scripting instead.
If you want to find out what I’m playing these days, you better check my Xfire, Raptr and Steam libraries.
